The Bootlegger Blue U18 Girls team, representing the Northern Colorado Soccer Club, finished first in their division in the Fire Classic Soccer Tournament held in Grand Junction, CO on 0ctober 4th and 5th. 

 

The team went 4-0, allowing only one total goal in all four games.  The team defeated opponents from Fort Collins (4-0), Grand Junction (3-0), Montrose (2-1), and Broomfield (1-0).

Team members for the tournament included Jenna Drougemueller, Sarah Ghent, Lauren Horst, Breckin Johnson, Kristen Lande, Brittney Lordemann, Rachel Miller, Chelsea Plantt, Allison Rettmer, Danielle Saucedo, Kayla Schaffer, Lauren Sinnwell, Rachelle Tekler, and Kelsey Wagy. The team was coached by Mike Lordemann.

 

The team also competes in the Fall'08 League of the Colorado Youth Soccer (CYS).  They compete at the Premier 2 level, currently standing at 6-0 in league play.  Additional members of the team include Jordan Braun, CJ Engels, Shala Giardini, Keri Merino, and Taylor Parker.
